Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wixi, you agree to be bound by these terms. Wixi lets you watch videos together with friends in synchronized rooms with chat and voice.

User Content & Files

Videos you share in a Local Watch Party are sent directly between participants and never stored on our servers. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it. Wixi acts only as a synchronized playback controller and chat overlay.

Open World community rules

Open World bubbles are public; you must be at least 13, and 18+ bubbles and the camera are for adults only. No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content or nudity, spam, scams, impersonation or illegal content, and never anything sexualising minors. Hosts and moderators can mute, remove and ban people, and we may close bubbles and suspend accounts. Use Report on a seat, a bubble or a conversation; the related recent messages are attached so we can review them.

Fair Use & Copyright

Please respect copyright laws. Do not use Wixi to share content you don't have the rights to. We respond to abuse reports and may remove access for violations.

Copyright complaints: email support@dropgb.com with the bubble's link or title, the work you own and your contact details. We close infringing bubbles promptly and suspend repeat infringers.
